How will you ship my cake?

We ship all cakes via one of several delivery methods that will get your cake to its destination within 4 business days of shipment. We use the United Parcel Service and the UPS Sure Post systems for residential and commercial deliveries.
 We do utilize the United States Postal Service for shipping to post office boxes and APO / FPO addresses, but we do not insure these packages, nor guarantee deliveries. We recommend highly that you provide a physical address for shipping whenever possible.
Orders for delivery to Hawaii and Alaska are shipped 2nd Day Air and require an additional shipping charge.
Orders to Canada are shipped via UPS Canadian Ground Service and also require an additional shipping charge. Orders to Puerto Rico and other American territories are shipped via the US Postal Service.

Can I get my cake to its destination faster than that?

Yes, upgraded shipping options are available for an additional charge. We are able to arrange for one or two business day delivery of our cake, and in some areas, Saturday delivery may be available.

I prefer not to use my street address – can I use my P.O. Box for delivery?

You may use your post office box for delivery purposes, but, when possible, we recommend highly that you provide us a physical address for delivery. Cakes with a post office box delivery address will be sent using the United States Postal Service. We are unable to track packages sent via this method. There is a $14.95 shipping charge per cake for this service. We do not insure these packages, nor guarantee deliveries.

Do you ship to APO / FPO addresses?

We do ship to APO and FPO addresses. We utilize the US Postal Service for shipping and their rates apply. We do not insure these packages, nor do we guarantee delivery. There is a $2.00 shipping charge per cake to APO / FPO addresses. Please see the information provided on our Salute a Soldier information page.

Do you ship internationally?

We are able to ship internationally via the USPS Global Services. This service is quite costly so please call us first for estimated shipping rates.

Does the invoice go in with the cake?  I don’t want the recipient to know how much I spent!

No, we do not include pricing or billing information in our cakes.

I want to guarantee delivery for a certain day. How can I do that?

We cannot guarantee deliveries. We can only guarantee shipping dates and advise of approximate and estimated delivery dates. When you check out via our Website, you are asked to select a desired shipping date, NOT a delivery date. For this reason, we ask that you order well in advance of any anticipated occasion in order to avoid disappointment.

I received my cake but it was damaged. What do I do?

Please call our Customer Service department immediately at 888-847-2636 or email Customer Service and give us the details. Our guarantee policy will apply.

I ordered a cake but never received it. What do I do?

If it has been four business days since your order has shipped, you are welcome to call our Customer Service department at 888-847-2636 or email Customer Service to enquire as to the status of your order. If ordered the cake via our Website, you may also check the order shipment status by logging into your account and checking your Orders History.

How long will it take for my cake to arrive at its destination?

We use the shipping services of the UPS and UPS SurePost. We cannot guarantee exact arrival date and time of any package, although we strive to bake and ship your cakes in accordance with your wishes.
